3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

4. Delivery and Pickup

• We provide doorstep delivery across Qatar.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice.
• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Opened, used, or damaged products will not be accepted.
• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
• Non-returnable items: Software, printer toners, ink cartridges, and other consumables.

6. Warranty Policy

• All products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty only.
• Warranty claims require the original purchase invoice.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
• Al Afdhal Trading is not responsible for delays or denials by the manufacturer during warranty claims.

7. Repairs and Maintenance

• Service fees are communicated and confirmed before work begins.
• Customers must collect repaired items within 30 days after being notified.
• Al Afdhal Trading is not responsible for data loss during repair or maintenance services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Al Afdhal Trading will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from product use, service delays, or unavailability.
• Our total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product or service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
